ParaLogic was founded in May of 2000 by Darren W. Miller, CEO & Chief Security Officer. Mr. Miller’s mission is to develop a technology services organization with a heavy focus on information security and customer service. With years of experience as a Sr. Consultant and Executive for leading system integration companies, Mr. Miller envisioned a company that combined state-of-the-art security and technology services with the customer service level of a five star hotel. Consulting Sales & Engineering Associates

It's no secret in our industry that the vast majority of technology personnel are more focused on their technical skills then their people skills. ParaLogic's position is that a balance must be struck between the two. Even though we may provide computer and technology solutions, our business is about people, relationships, and customer service. All ParaLogic consultants and sales personnel are exceptional technical consultants who enjoy working with customers. In fact, our customers will tell you that customer service is the number one reason why they do business with ParaLogic. We want our customers to look forward to working with us not see it as a challenge.

Limited Consulting Engagements

ParaLogic consultants are limited to a finite number of projects and customers. There are several reasons for this. First, by dedicating a primary consultant for you to work with, not just for new projects, all projects, ParaLogic consultants have time to educate themselves on your entire network infrastructure. Second, customers don't have to worry about a different person showing up each time there is a need, having to explain the same thing over and over again, wasting valuable time. Furthermore, this gives the consultant and customer time to develop a strong relationship.

We Are Not "Product" Centric

ParaLogic consultants and sales associates are not aligned with any particular product, solutions, or service provider. This means that customers never have to worry about being sold a solution that contains products or solutions that might not be right for their organization or particular need. This happens quite often in the technology consulting industry and does nothing but increase the bottom line of the product provider and potentially impact the customer in a negative way. ParaLogic will recommend only products, solutions, and services that are right for your organization and best suited for your current needs. We will not recommend a solution based on its price points or discounts to ParaLogic. In fact, because we are a service organization, we design, implement, and support solutions and rarely resell hardware and software. There are exeptions to this, primarily security related products. We have partners who are in the business of providing these products and they will deliver them directly to you. No middle man to increase costs or complexity.
